Tiffany began her tumbling and gymnastics career when she was six years old, traveling throughout the Western United States to compete. She had the privilege of being trained by former Olympic Gymnast, Missy Marlowe. At age 17 she began sharing her expertise with children by teaching recreational tumbling and gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, and the Talented Opportunity Program (TOPS). For several years, Tiffany taught students ages 2 through adults in a variety of competitive gyms and dance studios throughout the Salt Lake Valley. During that time she noticed a need for tumbling instruction that was both affordable and excellent.

In 2007, Tiffany filled that need by starting her own recreational tumbling program, Utah Tumbling Academy. Utah Tumbling Academy is a recreational tumbling and cheer program for children ages 3 and up that focuses on technique, strength, structure and fun. Over the past few years, Utah Tumbling Academy has expanded to offer classes through three facilities: Holliday Lions Recreation Center, Millcreek Community Center and Performing Dance Center. In fact, the program has grown so successfully, Tiffany now employs five additional instructors.

Enriching her understanding of child development is an important part of Tiffany's success as a coach. In 2010, she graduated from the University of Utah with Bachelors of Science in both Sociology and Human Development & Family Studies. When she's not coaching, Tiffany helps children as an advocate at the Salt Lake County Children's Justice Center.
